We were in Dublin for 4 days in january. We took a double room and we chose this hostel cause it was in the middle of the city. The hostel is very comfortable and the staff is friendly and ready to suggest the best trip for you. The room was little but we have not use it too much. The...

Myself and 17 others stayed here for our annual Irish student trampoline competition, and i don't think i could have chosen a better location for the RGU lot. Locations was ideal, 5 mins from everything we needed/wanted. Rooms were perfected for what we needed, i have stayed in some horrible hostels in the past and this is no where near...

Staff here were so welcoming and accommodating, especially for a such a large group of students. It felt very safe, key entry past reception and into rooms. Fantastic location, right in the middle of Temple Bar. Would recommend to anyone!

Great location and staff but was stuck in a room with groups of friends who only came to Dublin to drink all night and kept me up into the early hours of the morning. This definitely seems more of a "party" hostel.

My friend and I have stayed at over 40 hostels all over the world, and this is definitely in the top 3 for both of us. We got in hours before check in was allowed, they let us leave our bags, and chill in the community room (with FREE wifi) until our tour. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and...

It was terrible ! It's old, dirty (VERY DIRTY), noisy and certain of staff are not friendly and no smiling ! Just one night at Barnacles and I looked forward to leaving this hostel ! I won't NEVER come back here ! Only advantage, it's the location in Temple Bar, so it's practice to go out !
