Stayed here recently as I was flying out from Dublin airport the following morning, the hotel was very easy to find, on site parking and the hotel itself was very clean and nicely decorated. Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and we had a bath and a shower in the bathroom. We ate dinner in the hotel...

The Skylon hotel has a glass porch that keeps the wind and rain out of the red-carpeted foyer. Warm, friendly staff welcome guests in lively Dublin accents. Staying over for business, my few requests were met with 'you're grand,' or 'not a bother.' The room was small, slightly too warm but easily 'regulated' by opening the window and turning off...

Stayed in a family room, 1 double and 2 singles, really large room so lots of space for family of four. TV on wall, coffe making machine, hairdryer, iron and board, in room safe, dressing table, small hanging space but no drawers to put clothes in so had to leave in a row on the floor! Room was big so...

It has been some years since I last stayed in the skylon and I have to say that I was very impressed. The rooms have been recently refurbished and are comfortable, the staff were excellent at reception, in the bar and in the restaurant at breakfast and the breakfast itself was fabulous, I'll be back 👍

I have stayed here a few times as its very conveniently located. The rooms are ok, just ok. But the views from the rear rooms are not great, overlooking scruffy waste ground full of rubbish. The bar and restaurant are really good for the business traveler and the staff are perfect. On the down side its no longer a member...

Dear jeff53, Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences and your multiple stays with us in the past. Just like they say about "choosing your family", we also can't choose our neighbors and how they upkeep their property, as much as we may have tried in the past. Your kind words about the bar and restaurant are...

My first girl's weekend away and we found the Skylon to have the best prices and the best reviews. All were right and we were so blessed by our time there! Jannie was really helpful and kind to us, as were all the staff, and we so enjoyed our time there. We will definitely be back!

This was a 24 hour trip to bury and uncle and the family chose the Skylon as the base to host the post burial meal. It's only 10/15 minutes from the airport so is very convenient to get to. If you are driving there is on site parking. There are many bars, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. If...

The hotel was clean and staff were all very pleasant. The rooms are slightly dated with dark furniture but good sizes. The rooms were cleaned daily and the hotel has good links to the centre. Good selection of restaurants over the road from the hotel for those arriving to the hotel. Would I come back- yes I think I would...
