Stayed one night and found the hotel to be good for the price. The room was small but very clean and had all the basic amenities (TV, kettle, etc); the bed was also comfy. the location is very central to everything. Unfortunately the room--which faced the street--was too noisy to get any sort of decent sleep. I am not a...

I was at a family wedding at the venue. Now I am disabled and the staff were so helpful with me I really cant thank the staff enough. And I'm very fussy with things. The hotel was nice and quiet. The food was good.

Dear Reviewer, I have just received your review. Unfortunately it seems you have attended the wedding in a different property as we do not have wedding facilities here at The Dublin City Inn. Kind Regards, Patrick Carney, General Manager.

A few problems here, but was compensated well with a free night, bottle of bubbly and basket of fruit. We were also allowed into breakfast room early because we were on a coach trip that day. Good location, understandably noisy as in city centre but I slept like a log. Loved hearing the drunk singing from passers by in the...

I will start by saying I have fairly high standards when staying at a hotel, although I do subscribe to the philosophy 'you get what you pay for.' A friend and I stayed at the Dublin City Inn for three nights at the beginning of September and I'm so glad we were just stayed in the room long enough to...

Amazing location, turning at the same street as the Spire so going back to the room was always easy to find! Clean rooms, good security, ok front desk staff members. Not a spectacular hotel but a good place if you are just needing a place to sleep.

Many of you wonderful travelers who've read my reviews know where I'm going with this one. Those of you new to the fold, on my final departure day in addition to the hotel itself as a building and the comforts or not, I always ask myself how did I feel when I left? And if the answer is like I...

Good stay. My husband and I stayed for two nights and both rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable. Sher (receptionist) was extremely lovely and accommodating and gave us a packed breakfast since we were checking out before 8am. Sumair was very nice and helpful too. We had breakfast on the second night and it was plentiful and delicious. On...

Once you read that a hotel has an inoperable lift, the shower was a slight dribble, the TV worked now and again and the room stopped working after a couple of days, the most intrepid adventurer would think twice about staying. Especially when the hotel is in the heart of Dublin rather than the Amazon jungle. However there were some...

If you just need a place for a night or two, this hotel is good. The rooms are a bit small and our room was noisy facing Talbot Street. It was a little hard to find, there are businesses on both sides of the door to the hotel which the lobby is situated in the back of the building but...

I discovered our shower wasn't working at 8pm on our first night here, when I rang reception he seemed to know exactly what the problem was but said he was on by himself so it wouldn't get fixed until the next day!
