We arrived on a Sunday morning at 7 AM exhausted, (no sleep on our flight which arrived at Dublin Airport at 5:15 AM.). Our room was not ready (understandably so); we had planned to drop off our bags and find a place for breakfast. The folks on staff explained there was no place open at that hour on a Sunday....

We stayed at Albany for three nights after making a reservation almost five months in advance. After reading reviews, I sent a request for rooms not facing the the street about a week before our stay. The response was that they would do what they could. On arrival, we were allocated rooms facing the street with no option to change....

Booked the Albany House for a weekend trip, to see Iron Maiden at the '3 Arena'... Check-in was extremely smooth, and the welcome was warm and friendly. My room was located in the basement area of the property, which is probably quieter, as Dublin gets into the party spirit especially at weekends! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The...

This was my second time staying at Albany House, and this trip we had friends who stayed there too. We always get an executive room as they are a little more spacious with a glassed in shower. We were on a top floor with a view of the street. Knowing how crazy it gets on weekends with the nightclubs I...

Spent 3 nights here midweek for a short city break. Attractive Georgian property, minutes from St Stephens Green and main attractions and near drop off /pickup point for airport bus. Rooms comfortable, very clean and quiet, though a bit dark (we were in the basement) Lovely bright breakfast room and a good continental breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful....

Clean room, friendly staff, close to main shopping area of grafting street. Only complaint there is no lift and we were on the top floor so a little annoying when you have luggage. Room was a bit dated but clean which was fine for us as it's only a place to sleep after exploring the city!

Stayed here for one night, a flying visit to Dublin. When I booked in end Jan/ beginning Feb I requested a quiet room. We did not get this nor were we given an explanation as to why. I know requests aren't guaranteed but the noise level at night was beyond ridiculous! Could not get to sleep and when we did...

Old style Georgian property, hotel and room clean and tidy. Lovely bright breakfast room with a good continental breakfast. All the staff were friendly and nice. Room itself was a good size, with a adequate size ensuite. Only one issue and that was the fact that you could really hear when the room above had a shower or flushed the...

I came to Dublin for only two nights so I wanted a centrally located hotel and I chose the Albany House Hotel which is set in an old Georgian house. It is right next door to St Stephens Green, near Grafton Street, St Stephens shopping centre, Little museum of dublin, Trinity college and nearby to the start point for the...

Lovely clean Hotel when I was here on business and would stay again. Brilliant Location and stunning old Building. Even managed to get in some shopping. Few minor negatives but on a whole a good hotel.
