Go here every time in Dublin. Usually busy especially the weekends. Music is always enjoyable. You get the real Irish experience upstairs with the traditional music. Go there and enjoy! Never tried the food but the mussels look amazing. Drinks are expensive.

I think it is about 40 minutes walk from the hostel to the arena. You can take a cab or walk. I dont know about the bus lines but the staff at the hostel was very friendly so ask them, they'll help you
