We stayed for three nights in one of the penthouse apartments that are built on the top floor, actually on the roof of the hostel. While the hostel is busy, the apartments are reasonably quiet and peaceful - only, as they are in the middle of Temple bar, the music from the restaurants nearby can be heard, although we felt...

AVOID room 28. If you are registered in this room reject it. 12 bed mixed dorm is cramped, smelly, noisy and has no natural light. The bathroom was in need of a good clean. The pub is busy in the evenings, and the noise echoes in room 28. Breakfast, well no coffee, and the coffee was great the previous day....

Basic but for the price it was good. When we arrived we found the male desk staff very rude when checking us in. Took at least a half hour to do so.we asked also about our free drink voucher and were told they had none left. Had a plesent stay and would stay here again

Cleaniness was fair. Staff were mostly friendly. Price was fair. Stayed in a private room. Shower did not work first night but it was promptly fixed when we told the waiting staff. This hostel is located in the epicenter of the party, and the tacky tourist stuff in Dublin. Not too far from historial sites and the University. Would reconsider...

Absolutely amazing location!! Right in the heart of Temple Bar. Rooms were very very basic but clean. The room was light, no curtains and if you wanted an early night this was out of the question due to the noise. All quietened down by about 3am! However very cheap and cheerful.

This is THE best hostel I've been in. The staff are all amazing and very helpful! Anytime I needed something they were more than understanding and went above and beyond to help. Big kudos to the lovely staff! The grounds were well kept and the beds were better than expected for a $12/night hostel. Plus the free breakfast is always...

Trying to find a hotel/hostel in central Dublin was proving expensive and stressful. Finally, a friend and I booked a whole dorm room at this hostel for €160 for 2 nights. Whilst really centrally located in Temple Bar and above the great Gogarty's restaurant and live music pub, the hostel itself was very basic and average considering... 1 towel provided...

My boyfriend had previously booked accommodation for one night in this hostel for his friend and himself prior to me booking in. When I rang to book in I was treated in a discourteous manor over the phone, with the receptionist at the time raising their voice and arguing as they could not understand what I was saying due to...

Just got back from a wonderful stay. Considering the price, it would be hard to beat these apartments. They were clean, fully equipped and most of all convenient. Right in the middle of temple bar. Yes, it can get a little noisy, but what else would you expect in this location. Nothing a bit of gentle music or some ear...

Came as part of a group of 8 guys who went to school together. The location is right in the middle of temple bar and a 15 minute walk to anything you'd want to see in Dublin. Very accomodating and a great partner with the bar next door. It's great going to bed listening to authentic Irish music, and the...
