We were warmly greeted by Teresa on our arrival. She made us feel right at home and was very helpful in Telling us how to get certain buses to get downtown and local eateries. Breakfasts were great. There is a nice park to stroll through just a block away. The room we had was lovely and a roomy ensuite. Would... More

We had a lovely 5 day stay at Oaklodge and we can HIGHLY reccomend it :-) Teresa made us feel very welcome and she was very helpful. We loved the breakfast every morning :-) The B&B is located in a very nice and safe neighbourhood - and only a 3 min walk from the bus and supermarket. It is also... More

I spent about 5 weeks with Teresa and her husband at Oaklodge. By the time I left I felt like a member of the family. They were very hospitable and made me feel as comfortable as possible. The area was wonderful. It had that small community feel, but wonderful cafes, grocery stores, and restaurants. The location was great in terms... More

My buddy and I spent one night here back in March. (Yes, the review is long overdue.) And if we would have had more time it would have been multiple nights. Teresa and her husband were great. We got in late during the evening, but they were more than welcoming and we really appreciated it. The rooms were very nice... More

I stayed 6 nights with Teresa and would highly recommend this B&B. My room was the perfect size and even though I shared a bathroom with another room it was no problem. The bath has a very nice soaking tub which was great after a long day of sightseeing. Safe neighborhood for a single woman and very close to the... More

I felt so safe in this area that walking to the bus stop at 4 in the morning was fine. Teresa was so accommodating that she packed me a bag lunch since I missed her wonderful breakfast on my departure date. It's super easy getting there from the airport, and her instructions were spot on. The B&B is in a... More

We spent two nights at the Oaklodge and enjoyed every minute of it. Teresa is a wonderful host and is very helpful. We had a little bit of trouble finding the house (our GPS wasn't working), but every time we called Teresa for further directions, she was very patient and descriptive. The rooms at the Oaklodge were clean, beautifully decorated,... More

We enjoyed our stay here for two nights. Theresa was a wonderful host. The street was fairly busy during the day, but it was quieter in the evening. The rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable. The room we had was spacious and we didn't feel crowded. Theresa was very helpful and giving us tips how to get around in Dublin.... More

My husband and I stayed at the Oaklodge B&B for two nights in June, and we were pleased with the room. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was good, and Teresa was very accommodating of our vegetarian diet. The area is very quiet, and it isn't too far from St. Stephen's Green, especially if you've got a... More

I am glad you enjoyed your stay with us but really disappointed you did not mention your problem with the shower. I was not aware there was a problem and there should have been enough water for both of you and the remainder of my guests to shower comfortably. Had you brought this to my attention I could have dealt... More
