Love this hotel. The hotel food is excellent. Lovely bar. Luxurious rooms. The thing that stood out most for me was the employees outstanding effort to please. Well done to all those staff who gave great customer service - it is a credit to the hotel.

From the moment we arrived myself and my boyfriend were made feel so welcome. From the porter meeting us at the carpark to take our luggage in, to receiving a free room upgrade to one of the garden suites, we were off to the perfect start!! Beautiful place , food really nice. Breakfast a great selection . We stayed two nights and our room wasn't cleaned which for a 5 star hotel was unsatisfactory. Stayed here for a surprise weekend away with family fell in love with the location and beautiful castle from the moment I arrived. Very special place with wonderful food and top class service.....highly recommend.... From starters to desserts were all really good and the setting and drive in to the Hotel are incredible... We had a light dusting of snow to match a great romantic setting and backdrop.
