Second visit to this beautiful place and it is fast becoming our favourite place. From the minute you walk in you just relax. The staff are wonderful ,so helpful without being pushy. Claire on reception upgraded us to the vice presidential suite which was such a treat. The food is lovely , pool and spa well worth a visit ....

My wife whisked me away to Lough Eske for my 40th in November. We'd never been even though I've been to Co. Donegal every year for 40 years. The hotel itself was lovely, not stuffy at all compared to some expensive hotels. We were there for two nights so settled into the room, which was massive, then headed to the...

I did not want to leave this hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful. Our room was huge, with a massive king size four poster bed, which was very comfortable, bathroom was huge too with a powerful waterfall shower. We stayed here for 2 nights, had lunch in the hotel the first night which was gorgeous and...

From checking in to checking out can say Lough Eske Castle was well worth it. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, rooms were large and well equipped and set in stunning location. Only downside was Irish weather but sure that's out of anyone's control. We will Defo be back to do the lough walk and cycle when the sun reappears.

Stayed on Valentines Day and having stayed in the hotel before we were not disappointed. We took our 12 week old pup with us and stayed in a Garden Suite. The room was amazing with its own gas fireplace and plenty of room for the dog to roam around. The hotel also provided a bowl and dog bed on request....

Recently stayed in a courtyard room. Heat not working in the early evening but during the night was extremely hot and couldn't open windows as they were locked! Restaurants very expensive. We had a beautiful meal in nearby Donegal town. The photos of the castle aren't at all what it is like.
