Upon our arrival we were greeted by Ellen at the front desk, she was so polite and very friendly along side her male colleague (unfortunately i didnt get his name). Our room was beautiful and warm, and bed was very comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant and again the staff were so friendly and helpful. We were there to travel out for work the next day from Cork airport so we had the Essentials workers package. There was a set menu for this but the restaurant staff kindly allowed us to order a dish from the main menu & we both had the chicken Supreme and it was absolutely fabulous. Same for the breakfast again in the morning, food was amazing and so fresh. I could not recommend this hotel enough to anyone looking for a night aways before a day's travel from Cork Airport. Over all a big thank you to all the staff, Maria, Ellen & all other staff we dealt with during our stay(apologies for not knowing everyone's name). We will be returning again for work travel and we look forward to spending another night with ye and enjoying the fanatic food ye have to offer. Again, thanks all. Karen & Richard King

I stay in the Rochestown Park 6 - 9 times a year. Even during Covid and with all the restrictions. it is still a pleasure to stay! The breakfast, while not a buffet now is still of a high standard. The staff are as pleasant, helpful and friendly as ever,

We stayed at the hotel for essential reasons and the service was fantastic! From the receptionists (by assisting with prints and even kept my laptop safe when i lost it) to the ladies and gents who keep this hotel meticulously clean. We enjoyed a delicious dinner in the restaurant and was served by Angelo. This is the best service I have had in a very long time. Being new in Ireland and feeling quite overwhelmed, Angelo guided us on some local drinks, great combinations of what to eat and also spent time giving advise on great areas to live. Thank you Angelo for the great service, laughs and guidance! We will be back!
