Staff here are brilliant. They could not do enough for us. The room we stayed in was super comfortable and relaxing. Hotel offers good food choices for all meals. Breakfast is lovely with lots of choice. Dinner was great too. Hotel also has a nice coffee shop too. Wifi was not perfect which was a downside. Location was ideal, right...

We booked "The Duchess Suite " on the advice of Louise Banqueting Manager. We told her there would be a party of approx. 25 (15 adults and 10 children). She recommended this room for us . On her advice we booked the room and meals etc. in Nov 2016 for Confirmation party on May 18th 2017. We were advised and...

Room nice size, very comfortable, frosted window looking out on wall few feet away. very near city and shopping. Lovely foyer, to relax in and wait for friends or read. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Food very good - had dinner. Breakfast included and plenty of food and staff did not rush you from table.

I had a complimentary upgrade. The room was lovely. Spacious. King size bed. Their attention to detail was impressive. Strawberries in chocolate and a bowl of fruit. The only thing that lets this hotel down is the breakfast. The fry is barley luke warm. Its fresh but seems like the hot counter isn't set correctly. Everything else in the breakfast...

Such a beautiful hotel full of Irish history. Very comfy beds and very clean. They kept lots of the old detail but have upgraded in all of the necessary places without taking away from the charm. We were steps to the most highly rated restaurants and attractions in down town Cork and never had to bother with a taxi. Also-...

Dear Guest Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at The Imperial with us and others! I am thrilled you enjoyed the historic nature of our early 19th century built Hotel as well as the careful modernization it has been undergoing over the last 24 months, we wanted to retain the elegance and grandeur of Sir Thomas’...

I stayed here with my partner as we had an important meeting the following morning so we booked in for Monday night. We paid over the hundred mark which was a disgraceful price for what we got. The room was so small that I felt so enclosed and on the claustrophobic side. The TV signal was not great so we...

Strange to stay n a hotel in your own home town but recently I had to visit Cork and stay in the Imperial. Location couldn't be better... immediate access to to the centre of town and the shopping areas of Oliver Plunkett Street and a five minute walk to the newly redeveloped shopping areas off Patrick's Street. An historic building...

This is a very nice hotel in a wonderful location! You can walk the pedestrian way and have your choice of boutique shops, pubs, fine dining, music venues and more! There are a number of restaurant choices in the hotel itself, which are very good, too! The rooms are nice, and the staff is great. Do not miss the Vitality...

Myself and my now husband Steve had our wedding here in April. It was, without a doubt, the best day of our lives! This was my first time here in a while and loved the difference in decor since the last visit! My friend and I called into 76 for drinks yesterday evening, I only recognised the dark haired girl from my previous visits. She is just fab for a chat, very witty and love her accent. Full of stories and news about...
