Having stayed here before and loving it i didn't want to post a negative review but my recent stay was awful. This hotel has a great location but is not cheap so i expected a lot more from it. The plumbing in my room was awful luke warm and low pressure. i asked for it to be repaired but was...

My fiancé and I recently stayed as part of a spa, tapa's, B&B package and found the whole experience so relaxing and enjoyable. Our room was warm and inviting, the shower was lovely and strong and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in. The tapa's were wonderful, especially the bacon and cabbage croquettes! Every single member...

I could have sat here writing a bad review of this hotel but we decided to give the staff here a chance to rectify our situation and boy they did not disappoint. I stayed here with my wife last night (19/01/2017). After a very long day at CUMH,we were so tired all we wanted was to relax and put our...

Very nice hotel. The staff was personable and very helpful. It's got a great central location in town. The prices were very reasonable and everything in the building was classy and clean. I'd definitely recommend it to someone traveling through

Stayed here for New Years Eve. Lovely room to the side of the hotel (218 if memory serves me). Don't expect everything to be shiny and new; this is an old hotel with charm and character i.e. the sloping hallway outside the elevator area. However it has lovely spacious rooms, good customer service, relaxing bar and separate cafe and the...

I booked a double room on Booking.com the day before. We arrived around 2.30 pm and were informed our room was not ready but we could park our car in a dirty run down car park 7mins away from the hotel and then come back to reception to see if a room had become available. We parked the car which...

A very good place to organize conference and have a rest in the city. Spacious conference rooms but roller blinds might have been better. A very good location, nice and clean triple room and tasty breakfast! I very recommend this place.

I stay here every time I am in Cork. It's a comfortable hotel with friendly staff, and has a great buffet breakfast available in the restaurant to start off my days in town. Centrally located to shopping, pubs, restaurants, it also has a good bar right in the hotel.

Stayed for 2 nights with my husband to celebrate his 40th birthday. They were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were spotless. Lovely atmosphere in the bar. On the first night we ate in their restaurant and it was excellent. Location couldn't be more central. Highly recommend. Will definitely return soon

The Imperial Hotel provided a warm Irish welcome to me and the students I travel with. Our rooms were well-appointed, warm, and cozy. My students all raved about the breakfast, both the service and the food. The attention to history--expressed through pictures and documents posted on the walls--is a plus. Centrally located, perfect for walking.
