This hotel was a very welcome surprise. From the moment we arrived we were looked after, fussed over and treated with respect in a very professional way. From the reception staff, waiters, leisure centre staff all were extremely professional and friendly. The leisure centre was spotless and had the best of amenities. The rooms were spacious, very clean and the...

It is quite a trek to the bedrooms in what seemed like a maze of corridors. When we arrived we were allocated our room in what I presume was the...

Is this an issue? The hotel is located on the outskirts of Ennis town, offering a wide range of...

Staff were friendly but not very capable. I don't think that's their fault but still. Booked a double room bed was barely bigger than a single and when I asked for a double I was told they were all that size. Totally unacceptable had a terrible sleep as a result. Housekeeping were so pleasant and friendly. The faults of this...
