Just returned from a 4 night DBB stay. This hotel is very basic but you only get what you pay for. This hotel is located in a very quiet, peaceful location and is absolutely perfect for touring the Highlands, West Coast, Central Scotland . The surrounding scenery is absolutely breathtaking as it is set in the heart of surrounding lochs, hills,...

A warm and cosy hotel, had no reservation but rooms were available, the room was comfortable, had all necessary amenities and was spacious. The food was delicious and the bar staff were attentive. Great value, situated in a scenic location and will definitely visit again.

We stayed 4 nights on out Baker Dolphin coach trip. All the meals were lovely, fresh, good portions good choices and well presented. The staff were polite and our room was comfortable and spacious. We can't find any fault with this hotel, but some of the elderly guests did complain they had a bit of a walk to the restaurant,...

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The bed mattress had to be replaced as the springs were coming through it. The one it was replaced with was only marginally better. The carpets were filthy with big stains. The hotel said they had tried to get them out. In parts on the steps by reception the carpet...

We have just had our second overnight stay here and we will definitely be back for more. The rooms are comfortable and spotless. The food is delicious the only small point we would say is that my husband would have preferred mash with his lamb casserole rather than the scallop potatoes it came with and I would have liked salad...

We were here on a five day Alfa break. On arrival the manager and his staff were all welcoming. The room was very clean with all the usual facilities. The breakfast was well organised for the number of clients involved. It is a hot and cold buffet but toast is brought to you - this avoids the queue for the...

Stayed for 2 nights in a lovely clean room overlooking the countryside. The hotel doesn't look much from the outside but inside is a different story! Friendly helpful staff, clean comfy rooms - ideal. Our room was away from reception and the bar so was lovely and quiet. The only gripe would be that it wasn't cleaned until very late...
