If you are unsure about a coach holiday. Give Lochs and Glens a try. I am sure you will not be disappointed. Their hotels are first class. The rooms are very clean, sound proofing is very good. The beds are made for a great nights sleep. The food is very good with plenty of choice, in a spotlessly clean dinning...

Great way to see Scotland on a budget at £198,00 for five nights half board. Couldn't drive my car up there for that from Kent ! 12hrs each way on a coach a bit much though. Hotel fine. Food a bit Brakes brother though but can't be fussy very nice and loved the lightning table service. Staff pleasantly cheeky and...

If this had been my first Lochs and Glens holiday I would have gone home really happy, such good value, nice old building, but this was my third, having stayed first at Loch Long then the Inversnaid, both of these hotels i felt were far superior, in service, quality and friendly staff, this left me a little dissapointed with Loch Achray....

To be fair, my wife and I did not stay here but rather stopped here because the Highland coos were eating in the open space at the property. We took a chance and asked if we could feed the coos and not only were we able to feed them, the hotel gave us food to feed them! The staff was...

This was our first holiday with Lochs and Glens. It was a long journey to get to our hotel, but the coach was comfortable and there were frequent stops. Our driver Colin looked after us well and was very informative. Loch Achray Hotel was very welcoming, the staff came onto the coach when we arrived and told us our room...

Our first Lochs and Glens holiday. Christmas break, second to none. All staff were amazing, hard working and went over and above board to provide a brilliant Christmas for each and every guest. Food was plentiful, six course menu Christmas day. Full cooked breakfasts each morning offering wide selection of choice. Dinner menu outstanding. Entertainment provided during the day and...

Lovely location in the beautiful Trossachs. Very isolated but I think all Lochs and Glenn's hotels are, but beautiful surroundings. Our room was extremely spacious and bathroom lovely. The food was very good and the staff were all very attentive and helpful. Would certainly return but now looking forward to trying another hotel in the same chain.

This Hotel is remote and a car is essential unless a package is taken these are excellent value with trips included every day. Food and service is also excellent with nightly entertainment. Rooms and accommodation are adequate but perhaps a little tired. Overall an excellent holiday experience at great -prices with good service

I found the facilities at Loch Achray Hotel, a former hunting lodge built in 1868, in the Trossachs to be a little basic with no toiletries, rather shabby and tired and definitely in need of a refurbishment - the carpet was threadbare in places. There is no phone in the bedrooms, and the location of the hotel set in the...
