We stayed two nights in this lovely cottage, because we had a wedding close to Aberfoyle. When booking at first I was a bit disappointed as the Bed & Breakfast rooms were booked out, and “only” the cottage was available (before our stay I always imagined a cottage as a bit smelly and tied), but as we needed a place...

I write this review as I'm sat on the private decking area of the cottage. What can I say?! It's simply amazing. My partner booked this as a surprise for my birthday, and it is nothing short of perfect. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very friendly and attentive host. The cottage was warm, very clean and welcoming. Each...

This was our first B&B experience, and it set high standards for all B&B's yet to come. A lovely house in a romantic garden, spacious rooms with furniture matching very well the romantic and slightly old-fashioned atmosphere. Glynis is a very friendly host, breakfast was delicious with a fantastic view over the garden and the mountain scenery, and the prices...

We hired the cottage for a couple of days whilst attending a wedding in Aberfoyle. The village is only a 10 min walk away and has everything you need. The cottage is a perfect get away for two people. Clean, spacious, warm and beautifully decorated. A small welcome pack takes care of breakfast. Wifi is good, and free view Sky...

Would have reviewed the cottage on the TA rentals site but no listing. Glynis was very friendly on arrival and showed us around the cottage which we had booked for the week which is in a separate building in the grounds of the B&B. Photo's don't do the cottage justice. Private decking area with table, chairs and umbrella with lovely...

Really nice place! If you want to be cut off the world for a couple of days and have a rest in a cosy and peaceful place you should come here. The owners are kind people, they will make you feel home, and share some good advice about their lovely area. We had the bedroom with shared bathroom but it...

My mother and I stayed one night as my son was running for England nearby next day (he had alternative accommodation). We received a warm and friendly greeting and shown to the guest living room where we could make hot drinks and have a biscuit. The place is very well-presented and clean, nicely decorated and comfy. I suggest you go...

My boyfriend an I stayed at Gladys' house for two nights to visit the surroundings of Loch Lomond. The house is big and beautiful, the beds are confortables, everything is clean and the owners are very nice and helpful. They gave us advices about good place to have dinner (the lake hotel for example : really good). The surroundings (garden,...

Have just returned from 5 days in Aberfoyle. Found Stoney Park B&B on the web, loved the look of it, emailed them and booked 4 nights in the self catering Cottage. We were warmly greeted by Richard on arrival, who showed us around the Cottage, which is situated at the back of the B&B. It has it's own drive and...
