I booked a dinner bed and breakfast deal and as it was for our anniversary I upgraded to a suite. Hotel was lovely, as were the staff and food. Only thing that let it down for me was the location of the suite. We were in 212, directly across from the cleaners cupboard and sounded like directly above the kitchen,...

An excellent hotel in every way and cannot recommend it highly enough!! Very informative and friendly receptionist, a warm comfortable room (not the best of views but it was a 5pm deal), good choice of menu at both dinner and breakfast with good sized portions. Well presented food on lovely hot plates. Only complaint is we didn't stay longer!!

We were given a Christmas present of a gift voucher for the Hotel and we are still thanking the person's that gave us it. Accommodation was faultless. The Wine & Dine was light hearted and enjoyable with great company. It was our first time and certainly won't be our last. For fantastic food and friendly staff it is well recommended

We stayed here for a short overnight stay in preparation for a really early departure for a flight from Prestwick airport, ie had to leave at 4 am. Reception staff were very welcoming when we checked in. Also, when we told them of our travelling circumstances, they arranged for a wake up call and also made available a substantial continental...

I stayed at the hotel twice over a 2 week period, as I was arranging a funeral. The staff were excellent, very helpful and I ended up booking a private room for the wake, where we were very well looked after with tea, coffee, sandwiches etc. all at a reasonable cost. Other members of my family also had booked in...

Stayed here for one night on a dinner bed and breakfast basis. Our room was small but perfect for our needs, it was decorated to a high standard and very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless with high quality fittings and although the shower was over the bath it had a nice shower screen. The staff here would be a credit...

Booked this hotel a attending a wedding nearby. It has been beautifully refurbished with a certain amount of attention to detail. It is a shame that the same level of care has not been taken in training staff on customer service. My daughter, husband and I were checked into a small double room, when we queried our room allocation we...

It was great value for money! I paid £50 for bed and breakfast and was pleasantly surprised with how modern this hotel was. The room was spacious and clean and the bed very comfortable. Melissa at reception was very welcoming and nothing seemed too much trouble. The breakfast was nice and although we arrived ten minutes late, not an eyebrow...
