We visited here with an Itison deal. The meal was lovely and the staff friendly, however the hotel is very run down. The rooms really need updated. The bathroom window had mould around the seal and the bathroom was really old looking and made me uncomfortable. They have a lovely coal fire that we sat near for a night cap...

we stayed here for two nights in March. We had a lovely room with a sea view. The staff were excellent and carried our cases up to rooms for us. There was also a coal fire where we relaxed and had drinks. The food in the restaurant was very good. I had fillet steak and would recommend it. Breakfast was...

My husband and I arrived late after a long trip and were glad the hotel was only a short walk from the train station. We were given a very warm welcome by the two friendly young men on duty. After a great sleep in our executive double room, we woke to a lovely sea view. There was plenty to choose...

Met up with my brother and a number of family members for dinner and I can confirm that the menu choice was excellent. I had the sirloin steak medium and it was cooked to perfection. There we eight of us there and all of us enjoyed the food very much. Well worth a visit and would recommend.

We took advantage of a deal for dinner, bed and breakfast and we were delighted with all three. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed a nice glass of wine with dinner, (included in the deal), and the service at both dinner and breakfast could not be faulted. Had a nice room looking at the water and the...

Stayed overnight at the Parkstone on Thursday 16 March. We received a good welcome at Reception and all the other services were great. A very comfortable good feeling in this hotel. Food was absolutely excellent as was the service in the dining room. The breakfast room is spacious and the breakfasts again were excellent. The two girls who served us...

See my other review for the restaurant. Highlight has to be the view! It made the stay for me I was speechless. I slept with the curtains and windows open was just amazing. The room and hotel were perfectly clean and they clearly do their best to look after it. I like the fact it has an old fashioned feel,...

I took the chance with an Itison voucher for a 2 night stay at this Hotel with my husband. In my ignorance I thought Prestwick was only an airport which I have flew from many times!! We were both pleasantly surprised on arrival - there was a roaring fire in a small sitting room at reception. We did not have...
