We visited Ayr with 2 other couples to attend the ladies day at Ayr races. This guest house was within easy walking distance of the station and town centre. We all thought it was excellent, very clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious with a wide choice and everything was freshly cooked. We would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast (four doors down at their other property) was very good, including the haggis! The house is just a block from the beach, and street parking was easy. The walk to town Centre for dinner...

Fab stay here for 3 nights. The location is excellent being only one street behind the seafront. The team running the show are discreet but there when you need them. We loved the breakfast! How can I return to only cereal without my full scottish n toast n tea!! Immaculate room, fab facilities and a great location.
