Booked this hotel for a 2 day break with my mum who was recovering from major surgery. Chose this hotel because she is registered disabled and it is close to the shops, theatre etc. when we checked in we were asked if we had any preference for a floor. I said we had no preference but would like a quiet...

Stayed here 20 years ago & sorry to say it looked exactly the same. Badly needs upgraded. We were given a disabled room for some reason with a wet room for a bathroom. There was only a short curtain to separate the shower from the rest of the bathroom with the result everything would have ended up soaking wet. We...

I first stayed here about 12 years ago, and I was sure that it had been a Holiday Inn at the time, but I believe that it has changed hands a few times since. It is a 70s hotel, which seems to have had little renovation since being built. It has a feeling of being tired. Beyond that, there's not...

Booked two rooms for a overnight stay, in accordance with an itison voucher. We couldn't get original place we wanted, so this was last minute choice. Certainly glad we didn't pay full price .Hotel rooms in good need of refurbishment. One room had very foosty/damp smell. Bathrooms weren't the cleanest, and should be certainly updated. Mould round bath, tiles and...
