I purchased an Experience Scotland deal for a 3 course meal, 1 night stay and breakfast. Our stay in the woodland lodge definitely exceeded expectations and was a memorable and worthwhile gift experience for my partner. On arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff and a bottle of prosecco. The lodge was quirky and clean with beautiful interior. In the...

We really do try very hard to ensure all guests enjoy their stay and it is lovely to hear how much you enjoyed the Woodland Lodge. My husband and I stayed for one night in the Woodland Lodge, which is the luxury honeymoon accommodation at the Enterkine. It was so romantic and certainly deserves the 5 star rating it has, with very plush interior and gorgeous ensuite. The lodge has everything you would need, tea/coffee making facilities, iron, hairdryer, robes, TV. The actual hotel has a...

We visited here on Hogmanay. We stayed in the Woodlands Lodge. When we arrived it was all light up with fairy lights. The room itself was as clean and modern as any hotel I've stayed in. We had our evening meal at the Hogmanay Gala Dinner. The food was outstanding, really good quality and tasty. The staff were already welcoming...

The wedding went superbly and the food and rooms were of a v high quality. Special mention must be made of Fiona and Andrea who went out of their way to...

Just spent 3 excellent days at this very quiet hotel on the outskirts of Ayr. Attentive, coupled with a relaxed but well run service as well as a lovely room and fantastic views definitely mean a return visit. Food was good and varied

Had Christmas lunch with a group of friends and those who took the turkey felt it was the worst lunch we had ever had. The turkey was cut in huge doorsteps and looked extremely unattractive - placed on top was 'stuffing' which was more like rubber and the sprouts were just plain awful. I feel sorry for anyone going there...

We were heading to Ayr to visit elderly relatives and decided to stay the night here before to break up the long drive. Outstanding rooms, service and food! Truly a lovely wee stay, feels really welcoming and familiar on a first visit - will definitely be back! Rooms are decadent and tastefully furnished, really a pleasure to stay here. Have...
