Stayed here for a weekend away in s April 2016. Close to centre and the distillery. Good food and breakfast was too. Great free parking and comfy rooms. Would recommend hotel, but Pitlochry wasn't the place for us.

Thank you for your comments, not sure if you did or did not enjoy your experience at the Hotel, it seems that the reason for 3/5 is that you didn't like the town of Pitlochry - something we have no control over I'm afraid. But thank you anyway Kind regards Richard D Main Director & General Manager More

Just returned from a lovely overnight stay at the Acarsaid. I would find it hard to fault this hotel, spotless room, lovely comfortable bed, great shower and well laid out room. It really is a stunning location and we enjoyed chilling out in the large conservatory. The breakfast was superb but what we really liked most was the service we... More

Opted to book this hotel among many in the area as a result of the ratings it received. Sadly our experience didn't quite match our expectations for a couple of reasons. The bits that let it down for us were associated with the room. We booked the last room which was the small double which was reasonable size room. The... More

Apologies for this problem, we do not normally have a problem with the quantity of hot water, our hot water system is brand new so yes we did choose to attend to this ! (again I would apologise for the excuse given - not acceptable & I will be speaking to the person involved) Kind regards Richard D Main Director... More

We had a short three day break at The Acarsaid Hotel in Pitlochry last month. Why have we not stayed here before. Good bedroom, comfortable and cosy lounge. Staff were excellent, friendly and professional and helpfull in all matters. Food was first class in the Steakhouse restaurant and ordering a steak at least once is a must. Delicious ! Would... I spent two wonderful nights in this excellent hotel & will definitely return. It is immaculate, attractive & comfortable, with pleasant staff who get the balance between professionalism & friendliness just right. I subsequently stayed at other hotels categorised as 'luxury' that were inferior, especially in the quality of the food, No buffet of congealing pre-cooked food for breakfast at... More

A very pleasant stay, and it was a pity that it was for 1 night only. The room was very quiet and peaceful being at the back of the hotel and was tastefully decorated. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, served swiftly and efficiently. The hotel is an easy stroll to the main shopping area and it was... More

From the moment you walk through the door to a very warm welcome from Alison at reception you know you are going to have an enjoyable stay at The Acarsaid. The decor is lovely heather hues and there are plenty of lounge areas on the ground floor to relax with tea or a refreshment from their small but well stocked... More

We stayed two nights at this hotel. The welcome was warm and friendly and the room was lovely. The only down side was that a small light at the dressing table would have been a great help. Breakfasts were excellent the staff were very friendly and attentive. The evening meals were excellent our compliments to the chef. A number of... More

My husband and I stayed for one night following a visit to the Enchanted forest. The man who greeted us at reception was extremely helpful and very welcoming. The room was lovely, great shower facilities and everything very clean. Breakfast was really good and again staff were lovely. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to others to stay.

Spent last night at the Arcarsaid with my daughter and family as part of a birthday treat (we also visited The Enchanted Forest) in two of their family rooms and had a great time.
