We stayed here on the 15th of November as a stop before heading north. Would not recommend. The pillows and the mattress were solid - they couldn’t change or sort anything to help with that. Could not get a decent night sleep. The room temperature is based on the weather outside.

We stayed overnight as we were visiting The Enchanted Forest.
Our room in the Bank House Annexe was spacious, clean and quiet.
We enjoyed the pool and sauna.

Does this hotel have vegan options? Is there anything on the menu that could be easily changed to become vegan? My daughter is a vegan and she was wondering about the options she will have!
Sorry don't know if they can cater for vegans but I am sure they will try to accommodate your request if you give them a call.

Can babies use pool?
Hi I'm sure babies could use the pool, it's not a big pool but obviously you would have to keep an eye out for the children. However I suggest that you contact the hotel just to be on the safe side.

"The lower floor of the annex was great."
"If WiFi is important to you, avoid the second floor of the main building."
"Book early, it's very quiet anyway"
"406 in the Annex was very quiet. Though you have to go to the main hotel for your breakfast or to use other facilities."
"Ask for main hotel."
