Great guest house right in the center of Pitlochry. Rooms were modern, spacious, clean and good value for money (en-suite, plasma tv, wi-f, etc). Owner and staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great :-).

My wife and I made a return visit to Pitlochry for the first time in many years. The Rosehill was a good choice, conveniently located just off the main street with own parking. Friendly staff, tasty breakfast and clean and comfy rooms. The staff also gave excellent dining recommendations. Hopefully it won't be such a long time until our next...

Only complaint was no lounge/communal sitting area to wait or relax. Outside sitting area was lovely and would be ok in summer. Loads of great eating places nearby. Great walks. Would recommend...

We recently stayed here for one night and can't recommend highly enough. It is located on the main road and has some off street parking. It is very clean and the rooms looked as if they had recently been decorated. Despite being on the main road we heard no noise. Our twin room had comfortable beds and a lovely bathroom....

Stayed here for one night as we were passing through. Last minute booking. Such a lovely cosy B&B. We got a friendly welcome from the owner (I think) and shown to our rooms. The room had recently been redecorated to a great standard, it was very luxurious. A kettle and refreshments were provided. WiFi was available in the room. There...

We stayed one night in this immaculate little Guest House on the Main Street in Pitlochry. Check in smooth and our room was pristine. Decor was top quality and every little thing had been thought of including a bottle opener with a safety cork on the screw! Breakfast was varied and freshly made. Parking was available which in a busy...

I booked the enchanted forest for me and my sister. Was planning on driving back to Glasgow that night but she decided to book here. It's lovely, clean and the folks are super friendly. Amazing smoked salmon with a poached egg for breakfast as well as tasty fruit mix. We had the bedroom with the separate toilet which is only...
