Just back from a two day stay at Woodburn, there was my husband, myself and our small dog. We arrived on Hogmanay to a lovely welcome from Lyn and her dog Buzz. Lyn showed us to our room which was spotless, tastefully decorated and the bedding was luxurious. We had a lovely well cooked full Scottish breakfast each morning, with...

Situated on a small hill just off Ferry road with a vantage point over the park toward the hills, this b&b offers great views. The host is lovely and the rooms are spacious and homely. Comfy beds and spacious bathrooms and a lovely breakfast to finish off our one night stay. Wifi was poor but for one night could live...

We stayed for a night as we were in Pitlochry for the Enchanted Forrest light show. When we arrived the welcome we received wasn't very friendly and there was a distinct smell of cigarette smoke as you walked in. However the rooms were fine and facilities were good. The location is very good and we paid £85 which was reasonable...

This B&B is situated in a quiet corner of Pitlochry just off Ferry Road. It sits surrounded by trees in its own garden. The views from our room were very pleasant. Our room was quite large and was very homely. The decor suited the property. The bed was comfy and we had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was good, a...

This may well live up to some of the excellent views however we will never know. As stated above I booked this room in Sept 2015 after checking with the booking site dog's were accepted. The site stated on request. I made the booking and in the comments box stated we would be bringing our small well behaved house trained...

My friend and I booked a twin room whilst visiting The Horse Trials. On arrival at the Beautiful period property which is set in its own grounds. We were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome from Lyn. The interior was delightful and extremely tastefully furnished. Our room was Cosy and welcoming but spacious. Breakfast was absolutely first class with...

We chose this B&B as it was close to the theatre and seemed in a particularly lovely spot. While we were very happy withnthe beautifully decorated room, at the front of the building, there were one or two things that kept this property from being morenthan average. The welcome we received wasn't very warm, rather brusque in fact, the pillows...

Stayed 3 nights at Woodburn. The property is in a very peaceful area but handy for the town centre. We had a good size room at the back of the house, with a large bay window which overlooked the park. The room was clean and tidy and just what we needed. Breakfast was great and kept us going for most...

Woodburn is in a great location for exploring Pitlochry and the surrounding area. It's an easy walk to town and to the dam and fish ladder. The room was very comfortable and large, and the restroom was an average size (thought the shower was kind of tight). The twin room overlooks a business of some sort at the back of...

Apart from Port na Craig inn, which is a stones throw from the theatre, this bed and breakfast would be the next nearest, it is set in a secluded vale just off Ferry Road, and near "The Rowans" it has a good view out to a wooded hill in the distance, though when the early morning mist is down, you...
