My daughter and I had dinner here before going to the theatre. The decor and atmosphere are great. It's a busy place, but the staff seem to cope well with this and they were all friendly and efficient. We ordered a couple of ribeye steaks, but when they were delivered to the table the waitress said rump steak. I didn't...

We were a party of four (granny, mum, baby and dog) and our lovely room was in the eaves. There wasn't a lift, but the staff kindly offered a space for the pram downstairs. Our room was well appointed and very cosy. there's wasn't a bath, just a shower, but this was just a minor issue. The hairdryer had gone...

On arrival we were greeted by a friendly staff member and then informed that we were in the annexe. My booking e-mail did state that the hotel was situated over two...

Came here for a meal and ordered steak and ale pie and chips. Gave up trying to cut the fat off the steak as (romantic as it was) candlelight is not the best to see by!!!!!! Chips were pretty hard and dry so all in all quite disappointing

My answer would have been no. We arrived at 6:15pm, wanted to eat and go to the Enchanted Forest on the 8pm bus, we were told the kitchen was really busy and it might take up to an hour to get food out to us!!! We were advised to use Caffe Scozia across the road and up the street, which...
