The hosts are very friendly and very accommodating. Our room was at the front of the house and the road noise was really bad. I hardly slept...

Alasdair greeted us warmly and showed us the lounge and our room, which was lovely clean and very comfortable. He had made a map for us that had some places recommended to eat, which was very helpful after a long day out....

We were visiting Perth for the Festival of the Arts and stayed here for 4 nights based on other Trip Advisor reviews. We are so glad we did. The location was great - a 10 minute walk into the city with loads of good restaurants and the concert hall. The room was good - clean and comfortable with en suite...

This is a lovely place to stay. Susie and Alistair are super friendly and helpful and have put serious thought and effort into providing a comfortable, welcoming guest house. The house is beautifully kept and spotlessly clean with everything you need. There is a resident's lounge with a huge TV, books, kettle, microwave and fridge. Lots of shops, restaurants and...
