Thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay at the Beechgrove guest house. Made to feel very welcome on our arrival even though we were 30mins early. Lovely comfortable room & very clean. Good choice for breakfast. Breakfast room very nice with good views. Hosts very helpful in offering advice regarding walks in Dunkeld. We would definitely return.

My husband and I were passing through Perth on our way to Aberdeen, and stayed one night. The hosts were very pleasant, and the B & B clean and cozy. The bed was big and comfy. Breakfast was simple but nice. I would have preferred a more variety in cereals, fresh fruit, and yogurt. There was only one flavor of... More

What a lovely experience it was staying at Beechgrove guest house. The old manse was only a stone's throw from the centre of Perth via a walk through lovely gardens and over a bridge. Our hosts recommended a restaurant for us to visit (which was exceedingly good) and even made the reservation for us. The accommodation was clean and in... More

They provided good recommendations fod food and shopping areas. Perth itself was a surprise as the area is... More

this guest house was of a very high standard. I was amazed and pleased at the level of cleanliness. Food was excellent. The owner was on hand 24/7 and was extremely helpful. He even booked our restaurant for us for an evening meal - thanks David Excellent location with a short walk into the centre of town.

This a fabulous spot to stay in.The hotel is set in it's own grounds, it has a very pretty garden and is adjacent to a national trust property,Branklyn Gardens. The river Dee meanders serenely at the bottom of the house, which is an ex vicarage converted majestically to a country house hotel by Anne and David. The hosts are very friendly and informative... Last minute booking at Beechgrove. Room excellent with a sofa to relax on. Warm welcome from David. Really great choice for Breakfast. All food sourced from local butchers and this is obvious with the flavour. Hosts very helpful with places to go.
