From our too early and unannounced arrival to our reluctant departure, Diana and her family provided a first class service. I can't fault the sumptuous accommodation and the breakfast was a feast that kept us going all day. A most enjoyable and relaxing experience in admirable company.

Located right behind Aldi, just a short walk from the centre of Irvine. Plenty of parking at the front of the premises and some at the rear too. Magnificent looking house, with first class accommodation. Huge, comfy sitting room/lounge with LED TV on the wall. A really lovely dining area at the rear of the property, where was the MOST...

Through luck I found this guest house and I have to say I found a gem! This place is pure quality and the owner Diana was an absolutely great host and nothing was too much trouble. I have stayed in many Hotels and guest houses but this place is pure quality! The rooms are extremely clean and fresh and the...

Myself and my partner had stayed here in October last year and found it to be such a lovely and welcoming place, we travel a lot and honestly haven't found anywhere close to competing for room standard, breakfast or customer service. So when my parents were coming for a visit I knew I had to book them into the Braidmead...

What a gem of a find! We stayed here a few weeks ago for 2 nights in double room. We had a great welcome from Diana who gave us lots of information about the local area including great places to eat. Our room and en suite was spacious, extremely comfortable and very clean. We had tea and coffee with a...

Had a fantastic stay at the Braidmead. The owners couldn't have been any nicer and made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Cannot wait to return. Breakfast was brilliant and the rooms are stunning.

Best house I have stayed in and great hostess. We stayed for golf competition and there are few good courses in the area. Diana is great and will help with anything she can. Made to feel really welcome and if I am in the area again I will be staying here. I will recommend to all friends and family.

This is an immaculately decorated and well kept house. If it were in any other part of Great Britain it would be somewhere anyone would love to stay. Diana and her husband were the best hosts you can imagine and nothing is too much trouble. Apart from the racing at Ayr and perhaps Hamilton there is limited reason for me...

We stayed at Braidmead House last night after visiting Scotland for my husbands brothers 50th birthday. We had tried to find somewhere pleasant to stay on previous trips and had not had the best of experiences. However our research on the internet and indeed trip advisor paid off for this visit. We will never now stay anywhere else when visiting...

Stayed here on the 16th April and was made to feel very welcome on arrival by Diane. Had a single room which was more than spacious and with a modern feel. Had a great nights sleep as was a very quiet room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was beautifully cooked and made to order with no compromise on quality and Diane...
