The abbey is well maintained, with a nice garden. We dropped by for a couple of hours on our way from Inverness to Aberdeen. It is quiet and tranquil, as one would expect an abbey to be. Several monks were at prayer while we visited....More

Stayed three nights in very basic men's cell accommodation. Hairs found in bed so had to change before my first sleep! Shower curtain rail just missed my head as it came crashing down! Poor food for breakfast so recommend you take your own. Poor stale...More
