Very friendly and efficient and lavish hospitality which being a bit older (60) we appreciated after a hard days "touristing".An excellent base from which to tour the area the evening meals are not to be missed as they are prepared and served with the "TLC" which you usually only find when you visit friends for dinner .The accomodation and setting...

We stayed two nights while visiting from the United States to do family tree research in the area. Our large bedroom and bathroom were very comfortable, clean and well appointed, as were the dining room and main lounge. Andreas and Kris have done a great job converting the Old Church at Urquhart into a b&b with a manor house atmosphere....

It's living in an old church somewhere into nothing. Perfect scenery, beautiful interiour, clean bedroom and bath. Superb breakfast and also optional Dinner for a really fair price. The two owners are super friendly and have many great advices what to visit nearby. Great for couples!

My mom and I stayed for three nights at Urquhart Church, and they were our favorite nights during our one month stay in the UK. Andreas and Kris are such wonderful hosts, and we shared many great conversations and lot's of laughs during our stay with them. Our rooms were stunning with full church windows looking out to a garden...

We could only stay one night.......but it was the most amazing evening,,one could ever experience..Everything and i mean Everything was above and beyond your fondest dream...Enjoy the dinner they offer.......It is made with a special love... Wished we lived near so we could have this feeling over and over again...Total relaxation... Please enjoy...It will warm your heart...

I love this place, the hosts Andreas and Kris are perfect, the relaxing atmosphere of the Old Church is amazing and the food is wonderful!!! We stay here every time that we come to Scotland and will stay again!

We could not have chosen a better place to stay for a few days discovering the Moray Coast. From the moment we were welcomed by Andreas, our host, until the moment we left we were so well looked after. The room was so clean and comfortable, the public areas are full of interest and the food (cooked by Kris) is...

Great place to stay! Amazing homemade food! Make sure you order dinner! Welcomed by owner and got a tour around the church. Lovely atmosphere! Fireplace. Peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommended! The owner knows a lot about area, make sure you ask about it.

We got married on 15/05/15 at this special place and had booked all rooms for our family members. We came over from Germany and also the whole family did to celebrate this special day with us. Andreas and Kris made us a perfect and unforgettable day. During these 4 days in the Old Church we felt like home and enjoyed...

We stayed during the speysidewhiskyfestival in this manifique place. Every thing is as clean as it has to be, the beds are comfortable and very nice to know, Kris is a very good cook. So if you don't where to go for dinner don't look to far
