Stayed only one night and after calling into 4 b&b's before this and they were all full we were very happy just to get a room but got the garden room off the side of the lovely old house. Very private, extremely clean, large, bright and quiet room. Breakfast form filled out that night so no fuss in the morning. Lovely...

Stayed here two nights while exploring Moray and Sutherland. Wonderful accommodation, superb breakfast, intelligent and friendly hosts. We'll be back next time we're in the north. Rooms are clean and fresh, en suite bathroom and wifi. Comfortable bed and quiet location. There is a superb restaurant nearby - The Classroom.

We stayed here for three nights at the end of June. We had the king room on the first floor, which was wonderful! The room was huge, the bath/shower excellent, and the view from the room was towards the side garden - very pretty! Breakfast was excellent, and the owner could not have been more genuine, attentive, friendly and helpful....

I recently spent 2 nights at the Cawdor House. I was part of the Outlander Tour booked by Clans & Castles. Well, they could not have picked a more perfect place. This B&B is not only beautiful, the hosts are very friendly and inviting. I felt extremely welcomed from the moment we walked through the front door. My room was...

Decent rooms and very clean establishment. We rang to say we were delayed by a car accident and the owner found this most inconvenient. Not really the kind of response we were expecting and quite disappointing. Otherwise fine, and the other staff were very welcoming. Woken by staff clumping around above my head at 6 a.m. Shaking the light fitting.

We stayed three nights at the Cawdor House in Nairn on our recent visit to the Highlands. We found the rooms to be comfortable and the breakfast to be outstanding! Paul and everyone at Cawdor House worked very hard to make our stay just perfect! Breakfast was above and beyond; our sons are still talking about the porridge! Nairn is...

Arrived at the Cawdor House at dinner time. Our host suggested the Classroom Restaurant a short walk away. After a great meal and equally great nights sleep we were served a great traditional Scottish breakfast. A great experience!!

My family and I stayed at Cawdor house for 11 nights due to a crisis at home. Our hosts made us feel very welcome, especially Paul who went out of his way to accommodate our every need. The rooms were extremely comfortable and the breakfasts were the perfect start to the day. Can't thank Paul and his team enough for...

Stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed everything about this guest house. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the host, Paul, was so welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. He was very accommodating and showed amazing patience and respect towards another guest who was being very demanding and difficult! Well done Paul.

I stayed here with my husband and 1 year old. We stayed in the family room down the stairs which was beautiful. Because it was on the ground floor it was easy to access with the buggy when my daughter fell asleep. The room its self had a bath in the ensuite which again was great with a young child....
