Close to the town center of Nairn, and within easy walking distance of the beach, Cawdor House is an elegant Victorian Manse, lovingly restored to it's former glory. It is an ideal location for exploring the Highlands, with excellent communications. Enjoy a cup of tea and home-baking by the fire when you arrive, and a fantastic highland breakfast to set you up for a day admiring the beautiful scenery and history, golf, fishing, riding- just a few activities to be found close by.

Nice historical house very well restored, in a quiet road, yet very close to the city centre and the beach. The staircase is very steep… but Andy is truly helpful, and also very well-informed and enthusiast about the area. Ask for anything, and he will surely know it! Our room

Dear Elisabetta, Thank you very much for your review and we are happy that you still remember your time with us. We are pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us especially our guest service and welcoming and please let me apologise for the inconvenience which occurred during your stay. The ventilation of the bathroom was unfortunately brocken but shortly fixed after your stay. In room 6 we have now a brand new shower room with everything you wish. I am sorry that you had the feeling that our staircase is very steep, it’s an old Victorian manse with a wide main staircase, but we are always happy to help if needed. The giant art works are the work of Andy and therefore it’s part of us. Most people love it but art is a personal taste. We would appreciate to welcoming you again. All the very best Anika & Andy Cawdor House
