We stayed just two nights, but we loved it. Owner Scott has brilliant sense of humour you love or hate. We loved it. Scotts wiffe cooks great fresh breakfast. Location can't be better for Ben Navis climb.

We stayed in a double ensuite room after walking the west highland way. Firstly the room was a great size and spotlessly clean. Located at the start of the ben nevis track so very peaceful as no busy road nearby. We received a warm, and friendly greeting from Scot on arrival and throughout our stay. He really made us feel... Great place to stay if you're intending to climb Ben Nevis as it is located just at the foot of Ben Nevis! The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was well-equipped with several fluffy towels, books and refreshments.Room is spacious and had a nice view of the gardens. Overall, the owner, Scot, made our whole experience quite exceptional with... More

I had a double en suite room and it was homely, spotless and spacious. It was clearly the result of genuine thought and consideration for a guest's needs and comfort. The owner was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was first class. Perfect location for the Ben Nevis walk. I hope to go back here.

The self cathering cottage where we stayed was pretty comfortable and clean, the environment is exceptional for anyone who wants to enjoy the hikes and nature. The staff was very nice, and even waited for us to check in after the announced time (of 10pm). Be... More

Scot is an excellent host - thoroughly helpful and entertaining. The twin room is vast and very comfortable with a huge ensuite, We appreciated the treats in the room, including Heather's scrummy cookies and breakfast was delicious with home-made smoothie, jams and marmalade. Achintee Farm is perfectly located for Ben Nevis and you don't have to walk far for a... More

Booking beds in Achintee Farm was actually a pleasant accident for me. I was supposed to stay in the other 2 nearby hostels at the foot of Ben Nevis, but found both of them fully-booked. I was very surprised when I got to the hostel. My friend and I stayed on a twin room and we were sharing a bathroom,... More
