Stayed here for 2 nights. We stayed in the annexe part which looked a bit shabby and in need of updating, which I believe is ongoing. The bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean as was the bedding and towels. There was a kettle, t.v. And hairdrier in the room. The food was excellant as was the staff. There was entertainment...

Absolutely loved the hotel. Room was beautiful and the club package I requested had more in it than I thought but was so lovely for my husband birthday surprise. The bed was huge I had upgraded to superior double and i can confirm that it was worth the extra cash. Bar was quite expensive but no more than any other...

Fantastic weekend's stay. Great little hotel, with great staff and lovely meals both breakfast and evening. Rooms a little tired up very clean and more than sufficient for or needs plenty of hot water.

We stayed for three nights in January and will definitely return! We have stayed at this hotel several times over the last eight years and cannot fault it. On our last visit the room was spacious, quiet and very clean. The staff are very friendly and are a credit to the hotel. We had dinner and breakfast and the food...

We picked the Ben Nevis hotel due to its leisure facilities. Unfortunately we had to settle for a standard double room and it was exactly as it said on the tin. Bathroom badly needs updated. Cold water pipes give off a horrendous scream as the toilet flushes and refills, the ceiling was peeling away and the toilet roll holder was...

Just stayed one night on an It Is On deal and surprised how busy it was. Didn't have a chance to try the leisure club, but it looked good. Our room (310) was basic, somewhat dated and in need of a freshen up. However, it was clean, comfortable and adequate. Sound proofing is poor - the army in the room...

Just back from a few days in the Ben Nevis Hotel and Leisure Club. We went here with a Groupon deal and for what we payed we got a really good deal. We were so lucky with the few days we chose as we got absolutely gorgeous weather, and that really added to our stay. The hotel was a bit...

A lot of times these kind of properties are run down, tired looking and bad quality food but this was quite the opposite! Clean spa area, nice spacious rooms and delicious food! Very good vegetarian options which was crucial for us and a superb wine selection at very good value. The stars of the show were the young international team...

We only stayed one night but wished we'd had longer. We had a lovely, warm, double room in the annex overlooking the mountain (beyond the road and garage!)- big bed and big clean bathroom with plenty hot water and good towels and toiletries, decent size tv for a change and plenty storage space (although we just lived out of a...

Stayed for 2 nights in February. Hotel as a whole is very tired looking with a need of modernisation. Room was very small and smelled bit of damp. Shower was very poor and struggled to reach a reasonable temperature. Reception staff both at check-in and check-out made no effort to make us feel welcome, with no interest in whether or...
