Had 2 nights stay at the hotel, the leisure club was good air conditioning in gym and nice pool etc. Very relaxing in jacuzzi and steamroom. We had very nice room recently refurbished. Food in resturant was very nice good service too, bar food was equally as nice on second night. The breakfasts were amazing great service too. The manager...

Just back from a 2 night trip to the "Ben Nevis" in Ft William. On arrival we were informed that we could have an upgrade. Nice touch and set a good impression. Little things helped make our stay memorable. The room was spotless, facilities excellent staff attentive and keen to help. Barmeal was a surprise, we had eaten in the restaurant...

Stayed here,as I was up in the area to do some work on some culverts on the west highland railway line. The hotel is a bit dated ,but the room I was in was nice and spacious, warm and very clean. Plenty of hot water for having a bath or shower, the staff are very attentive and helpful, had a couple of bar...

Stayed a night in March. Room 40. Single with ensuite. The hotel is a real throwback to the 1960's ski lodge style but that's not a bad thing. It's warm comfortable and the staff are welcoming. Bedroom was ok with sheets and blankets rather than the more usual duvet. Plenty of power points for chargers etc. Plenty of hot water....

The hotel its self was very dated and could be doing with a bit of an upgrade. Our room, 316, was a few minutes walk from reception and felt like crystal maze to get there! If you ever stay at this hotel do not stay in room 316. It is very small, cold and right next to a fire door...

Myself and my partner stayed here Saturday night, we had a DB&B package voucher (from ITISON) I am pleased to say that we enjoyed our stay but unfortunately wouldn't return unless a voucher came available again. Our room was in fact spotless and the leisure centre and pool were so well equipped- however our meal wasn't the best, chicken undercooked....

We booked in for one night only as we were in the area to attend a funeral service. The room looked reasonable but was perceptively colder than the corridor on entry. There was one radiator which was going full blast but this was covered by heavy curtains down to the floor. We took the curtains out of the way from...

On arriving reception clean and inviting efficient and friendly staff. The first 2 rooms we had were in need of a renovation which I believe is ongoing. Reception moved us with no fuss we had room 105 which is lovely large bathroom and good shower with toiletries and hairdryer. There is free wifi everywhere. Breakfast very good and varied too...

We had a 2 night break which was thoroughly enjoyable. Decent location for exploring outwith the area, although it is approx a 1 mile walk into the town cente. A huge room very clean and tidy. Breakfast and dinner was good, although the gluten free options were limited. For example.... the only gluten free dessert available was a cheese and...
