Number of travellers - 3 Number of nights - 2 Room - Triple Room (2 double beds). (Breakfast included) Room: Positives: Clean. Nice size. Traditional Scottish Style Negatives: On the old fashion side but that didnt bother us. On the hotel itself: Location is out of the town. Car is needed. Very Friendly staff. Very nice breakfast. We stayed 1 night and the room was large and comfortable with all you need. We were not prepared to pay more for the view, especially as it was dark when we arrived, so had a view of the stone face behind. The breakfast was good, except for the tinned fruit which is totally unacceptable, and the staff were lovely....

I agree with the friendly reception staff reviews even though the 'restaurant' staff were a bit odd. Food and wine very overpriced. We paid for a loch view and got a sideways view of the carpark and a partial loch view if you angled yourself right or went on the balcony - room still looked mostly over cars though -...

Although out of town and then in need of a car, it is worth a stay. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful, the rooms are big and clean, although not all have the very lovely views, the Scottish breakfast helps you going for a while. The price is another plus. Wifi is weak though.

The hotel is located just outside the city, so you need a car, but they have a huge free parking. The room was big a very clean. The staff was very pleasure and kind, even the receptionist helped us with a list of the most important places to see around. In the morning the breakfast was very nice, had cereals, juices,...

This hotel although a bit dated was spotlessly clean and comfortable with a very good restaurant with good choice and excellent staff throughout. However the thing that would make us go back is the stunning views from the front of the hotel especially as the sun is going down.

Stayed at Clan Macduff for two nights and on arrival a lot of people were checking in at same time so we had to wait a wee bit to sign in, but it wasnt a problem as it was nice to see reception showing and taking you to your rooms. room wasnt massive but totally adequate for short stays, bed...

A warm friendly welcome awaits at The Clan Macduff. The hotel is about 3 miles from the town of Fort William, so a car would be preferential at this location although I did hear someone order a taxi at reception. The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast and evening meals are made to order and very tasty with plenty...

For the reasonable price the hotel/B&B is great value. Really helpful & friendly staff, clean and very comfortable rooms and lounge. Really good Scottish Breakfast. Location is out of town so this is best suited to those with cars, plenty of parking. Really peaceful views out over the loch .
