Staff were very friendly and rooms clean. The food was the downfall. On the Friday night the chips appeared to have been reheated as very hard! Breakfast on Saturday was a 20 minute wait then the majority of it was cold. Similar on the Sunday. Have to say Receptionist was very obliging and deducted some money of the bill.

Such a beautiful location and a very welcoming hotel. The staff are lovely. We had a loch view room. The rooms are clean and modern. We ate in the restaurant and the food was good. We watched the sun set over Loch Linnhe from the bar.

Just returned from a 2 night stay with my friend and our two girls. We had two separate rooms which were both decorated beautifully and clean and comfortable. There were tea making facilities and toiletries, the room was warm, comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. We ate in the restaurant the first evening; food was lovely and reasonably priced,...

The view from the bar and breakfast area was really pleasant and the furnishing was good. The location is great for driving about the highlands, allowing day trips to Skye and the Isle of Mull. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

We are a family of 10, and heading to Fort William for Easter weekend was a challenge for accommodation (requiring a 1, a 2, a 3 and a 4 bed) After scoping around and ringing a few places, Clan Macduff were the only one who could accommodate us for fri and sat nights - a few places were doing the...

We spent one night at Fort William and the Macduff hotel was a good choice. The location is amazing, the room very clean and the bed really comfortable. The staff was lovely. The breakfast was very good, with a lot of food to choose. I recommend this place 100%.

Just returned from a fantastic week staying at the Clan Macduff Hotel, our room was freshly decorated with a newly fitted full bathroom suite, we opted for the the room at the back as it would be quieter, you look onto a cliff face but you are only there to sleep!! Our room was very spacious, bed and pillows very...
