Nice location overlooking Loch Linnhe with lovely views from dining room and bar. Both bar meals and breakfasts were good quality and plentiful. Hotel has undergone a recent refurbishment so rooms and public areas are spotless and finished to a high standard.

Bus depot is next to train station and complete opposite end of town from Macduff. Bus goes past hotel door. We used the normal commuter train to Mallaig (£11 return) and it also stops at the Glenfinnan tower for photos... More
