The floors were so dirty, and we were afraid to sleep in the beds because the sheets were visible dirty as well. The bathroom was just horrible and dank. If you have literally any other option, choose that!!!

Stayed for on night with 2 other blokes. OK for 1 night but wouldn't want to stay much longer. All pretty basic. Definately wouldn't want to stay there with my wife. Friendly staff and very centrally located. No breakfast but after 08.15 cereal and hot drinks are available in the bar.

Ossian's Hotel is a backpackers entry level hotel that has some ordinary press but this shouldn't deter people from staying if they are stuck for accommodation. We needed to extend our stay in Fort William but this year the Brits have all stayed on their Island and most of them seem to be in Scotland. As a consequence occupancy at...

Cons 1. The washbasin was next to the bed and had a foul smell. 2. The latch on the wash room was broken. 3. There was fungus on the sofa. 4. The walls were cracked. 5. The staff was not cooperating when complained about the faults. Pro 1. In the heart on the city.

The hotel is centraly located on the main walking street at Fort William, price is decent and you have free parking (if you're lucky to find an empty place as hotel as only few parking places). You also migh get a decent view to the loch. ..but these were all the good things that hotel has to offer. The rooms...

I booked this hotel. Using that word very much spareingly.... It was the price and location that drew me to the place. On arrival i was upgraded to a twin room.. Being on my own not really important. Room 215 was a strange room. With a balcony that you couldnt get onto with a restricted view of loch linnie and...

I stayed here with my husband as the end to the West Highland Way. I enjoyed the time I spent here although I did need to try and not to think about the layer of dirt that covered many parts of our room. But on a positive note the bed was clean and comfy, the shower and the TV worked....

I stayed here with my partner for only one night. They had last two rooms so we booked them. Hotel has amazing old school atmosphere. Everything looks like it´s from previous century and I like it very much. As I can see, a loads of people are complaining about old furniture etc. but it´s just a place where you should...

You get what you pay for. If you really have tight budget and need stay here please don't expect anything from this hotel. It is the most terrible hotel I have stayed in 18 days UK trip. Dirty room, , uncomfortable beds, , lights not working well in the room.

We arrived rather wet having travelled on motorbikes for a few hours in the rain. So we required heating to dry our gear. A one bar electric heater high upon a wall was all there was in the room. The next day in the lounge/bar area the radiator was cold, I turned the heating on and dried out my bike...
