We needn't have worried as everything went smoothly, picked up on time, comfy seats and our driver, Steve, was an absolute joy. Funny, informative... More

First of all I need to point out that this is predominantly a coach hotel with some self drive rooms so everything is geared around the coach passenger. When we arrived they welcome and initial experience was excellent, could not be better. On the first night dinner was late as they had to wait for the coaches to arrive but... More

Originally The Station hotel (when steam trains came to Fort William) it was acquired by Lochs and Glens Holidays and became the Highland hotel,(one of six in the Group). The hotel is excellent and although still wood-panelled throughout the ground floor and up the stairs, all bedrooms have been re-furnished and are en suite and excellent, especially if you are... 7 day holiday at this lovely Hotel. BRILLIANT. Spacious well furnished room with stunning views, super Hotel, wonderful staff, delicious food - dilemma on final night (roast beef, salmon and haggis all on menu and all favourite dishes!). I stayed here for 6 nights with my grandparents, through a coach trip.We had a great view from our window, the hotel staff were friendly and entertainment was great fun however some improvement needed. Food was okay however not excellent and the dining service was extremely rushed.
