To be honest this place was awful ... Wifi only worked in the bar .. room was so small and bed was small and uncomfortable. Walls are paper thin and didnt really sleep due to the two men next door talking in there sleep and snoaring.. its out dated in need of serious refurb...menu in bar is huge leading you...

I held a big birthday party here in February with some of the guest staying overnight also. Everything was excellent and well organised, all staff very helpful and friendly but a special mention to Scott the manager who is so hard working and nothing was too much trouble! He is a huge asset to the hotel and I would highly...

We attended a family members retirement function which was expected to be very busy and it was!! This was our first visit to the West End Hotel and we were made extremely welcome from the outset. They even went out and purchased my favourite gin which was way beyond the norm and I was very thankful for that. Our meal...

This was our 4th time at this hotel & had the same room overlooking the loch for a 3rd time, which we have now called "our room". Again, we can't fault it in any way whatsoever. Rooms are always clean, tidy, warm & spacious. Views are exquisite. Staff are always friendly & polite & make you feel very welcome. Meals...

I'm a solo traveller that needed the cheapest, private accommodation for one night as I was staying in Fort William as part of a highland tour. I was expecting something small and dirty. -The room was a large, spacious double. Both the room and en-suite were to a good standard -The food in the dining room was lovely! -Breakfast was...

From my experience, the rooms and decor of the hotel were a bit dated. The food was considered excellent and there was a well stocked bar on the ground floor. The staff were always very polite and helpful. The hotel had ample parking and it was a short walk to the centre of Fort William with shops and restaurants and...

We had an overnight stay here while travelling further up into the Highlands. It's a charming hotel, if a little olde worlde but this adds to the charm - and much nicer than the bland chain style hotels around. We checked in and the chap on reception was absolutely lovely! No faulting any of the staff here. Our room was...

We visited this location when in Fort William for a evening meal, The meal was lovely and the service was very warm and welcoming, I could not fault the staff of the service, there is nothing I could say to fault it.

My family and I were staying at another lovely nearby hotel, that unfortunately didn't offer laundry. We were directed here to use the laundry facilities. We were worried that we'd be seen as a nuisance for coming in and using their laundry without being guests. But to our pleasant surprise, they not only welcomed us, and personally ushered us to...
