Booking process, dead easy no problems at all. Directions were perfect and key safe worked fine. The apartment had all I needed, a well equipped and clean kitchen, clean toilet and shower, and comfortable bed. There is free wifi which worked well, and TV had clear signal and good range of channels. It's not modern design, but that is in...

First impression of the apartment was ok but there's a lot of furniture in one room. There's a double bed, a day bed (a bit spooky)a table and two chairs, a large chest of drawers, two bedside cabinets. Two rugs over a nice carpet and a tv. Two very old lamps one of which doesn't work so the room is...

Ideal location, well equipped, and maintained.. The lady in the front flat is very pleasant and helpful. We had a great 2 night stay here. We would recommend the apartments to anyone wishing to travel about Mallaig, Glenfinnan etc.

It has enough equipment to get by with especially after a long day, however the apartment we stayed in needed some TLC. Ideal location to the West Highland Way walk and a short walk to the Centre but noisy as close to the Main road.

Very small apartment, expensive for what you get, compared to similar places elsewhere I have stayed. Access to the apartment was easy and exactly as advised upon confirmation of booking. Apartment was mostly clean (some large cobwebs and the radiator was very dusty). No tea or coffee basics but the tiny kitchen does have cooking equipment (inc kettle) supplied. Nearest...

Apartment 4 is small, clean and old. Clean bathroom and kitchen but the air seems dusty - we are all coughing and sneezing. Cheap if that is what you are looking for. It is up one flight of stairs so pack lightly. Free parking and free WiFi make it doable but glad we only stayed one night.

Arriving we noticed a bit of a smell that seems to linger, cant really identify what it was, the decor could do with a bit of a touch up and renew some of the furniture and fittings. an okay stay but not the nicest I have stayed in. Not the cleanest of places, bit of mildew in our bathroom. WiFi...

5 of us booked 2 apartments so we could attempt Ben Nevis together. It was perfect for our requirements having 2 dogs and then loads of wet clothes! It was well equipped and we all were comfortable in one of the sitting rooms and able to eat together round the table. It wasn't too 'posh' so we were relaxed with...

Myself and my Girlfriend visited Fort William in July 2014. We stayed at Glenlochy Apartments after an 11 hour train journey from the East Midlands. When we arrived we were surprised to find no reception desk and nowhere to report to for keys or information. There were some numbers on the side of the building that we were asked to...
