Room was good, food was very good but what made this was the excellent, warm, friendly service. We arrived very late and they were ready for us, the night porter was great. The next morning we didn't have to say anything, they knew who we were and were ready for us. One of us is dairy intolerant and I have...

Stayed one night on way thru..generally excellent all round hotel. Good and fair priced wine list starters a bit flat but main course excellent. Comfy clean and modern room suggest road side room could be noisy esp in summer ..we were to rear room 7...perfect !

Really good lunch and specials at the restaurant. Stopped here on our way through the highlands and were very pleased at the quality of the food. We all had the soup of the day with sandwiches which was very reasonably priced at £6.50 p/p. Definitely recommend if coming through this area.

Stayed just one night at the end of the West Highland Way. Very comfortable room and nice bathroom - recently refurbished by the looks. Convenient location just a short walk out of the town centre. Good breakfast!

We stayed here for 3 nights on a midweek break. We stayed in room 19 which is a road facing suite. It is a very spacious suite, comfy bed. Sadly the road outside is busy so I advise any light sleepers to book room 18 as this faces away from the road. From check in to check out, every member...

Very clean , friendly , helpful staff and good food . The hotel looks a bit uninspiring from the outside but is smart and modern inside so dont let first impressions put you off ! Good central location ,although this means it is on a very busy road. However I personally was nt kept awake .I would visit again .

Very enthusiastic meet and greet and shown to our room. Clean and modern with all required facilities. Had a few issues with key cards, every one I held failed but the Missus had no problems - conclusion: men should not have keys. Took tea in the restaurant and it was fab. Try scallops with Chorizo and leaves. Pricey but fair...

Nevis Bank is excellently situated being very close to the road through Glen Nevis and also the Road to the Isles (Mallaig). The location and the rather unenthusiastic reviews we had read of sleeping places in Fort William led us to this inn. We arrived at about 1.30 pm intending to take lunch before checking in. As we entered we...
