We had a three night stay this week. From a great reception to leaving nothing could have been bettered. Staff were attentive without being obstructive. The breakfasts were as huge as you like and the bacon was especially nice. The room was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in and beautifully designed. Our one area for improvement could...

The staff at Nevis bank were all very friendly and couldn't do enough to help us. Tina, the kitchen manager at the Brown's restaurant, was especially helpful and catered fantastically for our food intolerances- better than anywhere we have been before. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful and the meals we had in the restaurant were very nice. The room and...

My friend and I stayed at the Nevis Bank Inn when run Fort William on a mountain biking trip. The rooms are comfortable and functional, although a little on the small side. The hotel is on the main road out of town, though traffic noise wasn't a problem. Car parking at the front is limited. It's a little bit of...

We stayed a few days over August Bank Holiday. I last stayed here about 20 years ago, and it hadn't changed much from what I remembered, apart from refurbishment etc Staff very friendly. Breakfast adequate but one had to order it rather than the more usual buffet. Room and bed were comfy. Parking a bit of an issue for space,...

We stayed at Nevis Bank Inn for one night only on our way up to Skye. Had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Staff were very friendly and helped us with information regarding nearby areas and even gave us some good advice regarding our journey going forward. Room was clean and comfortable. Food at their restaurant was excellent! They don't...

Stayed a couple of nights in one of the new suites. This has a separate lounge and bedroom with en suite. The lounge is spacious with two sofas one of which is a sofa bed. However the very small tv is out of place-needs a big screen. Bedroom and bed too small-just a standard double. Bathroom also small but fine....

Room was good, food was very good but what made this was the excellent, warm, friendly service. We arrived very late and they were ready for us, the night porter was great. The next morning we didn't have to say anything, they knew who we were and were ready for us. One of us is dairy intolerant and I have...

Really good lunch and specials at the restaurant. Stopped here on our way through the highlands and were very pleased at the quality of the food. We all had the soup of the day with sandwiches which was very reasonably priced at £6.50 p/p. Definitely recommend if coming through this area.
