Parking a nightmare, rooms terrible mine had a Perspex window which I had trouble closing.bar had a light hanging down and was being fixed by I presume one of the owners, worrying if this is how important electrical safety is put. Food not good and breakfast the same.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in this well-managed, friendly hotel right in the centre of Fort William. The staff were charming and very helpful. The room was good (perhaps a bit small and not lavish) and the service was excellent. The set evening meal was absolutely excellent value at £12.50 per head. I was expecting an average meal with...

I really enjoyed my stay here. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the rooms full of character. I thought they were quite roomy, actually, compared to other places we stayed on our trip. The colors were bright and cheerful. It was a short walk from the train station, and close to lots of shopping and restaurants. One note:...

I booked what I hoped would be a comfortable hotel before starting my National 3 Peaks 24 hour Challenge. After an 18 hour journey, I was not disappointed with my room which although small was perfect for one person. I didn't eat at the hotel during the evening but breakfast was excellent with welcoming staff. Unfortunately the shower door had...

Stayed at the Imperial Hotel for two nights before heading further up into the Highlands. It served as a welcome stop off, very central to the shopping facilities, the Loch, the train station and of course Ben Nevis The room was perfectly comfortable, with a good sized bathroom, tea/coffee making facilities and a TV, as well as the much needed...

This must be one of the worst of Best Western Hotels, I'm afraid the hotel needs a serious refurb. The view of turquoise green tiles in the bathroom was not good. Choice of restaurant menu for evening meal was very poor, better to go into the town were there was some very good restaurants and inns with very good selection...

Even if you have made a booking, you still are highly likely to be told some customer vomitted in one room and they can't allocate anyone in for 24hours which was so obviously an excuse for bad management. We had to move to another hotel which was the worst experience we had ever had. The front desk had a really...

We travelled to Fort William without booking accommodation. This hotel was the third we saw, the first two were booked out. We got the last two available rooms, which allegedly cost 140 pounds/night, but the man on the reception said he'd do them both for 200 Pounds. My parents had a reasonable room on the village side of the hotel,...
