We stayed for 2 nights in an executive room at £150 a night. The good bits, room was clean, staff were helpful, location is central to access Fort william on foot. Despite being oppisite the mail depot it was not noisy. The soa bath was relaxing though the settings were only on or off! Local restaurants Broens and the Crannock...

We arrived at this hotel after walking the West Highland Way. All we wanted was a bath and a change of clothes. We decided to take our own luggage to our rooms but on finding there was no lift we quickly took them back to reception and asked to have them brought to the rooms. After a longish walk through...

Was a little disappointed with the room as was supposed to be a executive room but felt very dated. The breakfast was ok usual fair I don't think it's worth the £150 a night but it's a exspensive area to stay

This hotel is overpriced for what it offers. They have problems with the plumbing system which I am told is worse on the first floor. The noise is unbelievable and woke me up early two mornings. I was moved but no better. The staff were particularly friendly so excellent service. The restaurant was good as were the pub meals. It...

My family visit to the Imperial Hotel will be my first and my last. Without boring you all, the bottom line was that after a long journey there was no working shower in the room. Brought it to the attention of staff who were unbelievablely rude, unapologetic and lacked understanding. No offer of another room or shower. Made even more...

Visited this restaurant on our way through Fort William. We had lovely sea bass, my son had pizza, all very tasty and good value. Service was good too and the restaurant was bright & well presented. We would definitely go there again.

Stayed here for 1 night at the end of our West Highland Way adventure. What a disappointment. The room fir 3 of us seemed a reasonable size, but a real squeeze once our suitcases arrived. On that matter, our cases were left outside the door, for how long, I don't know! The decor was tired, but the room was clean,...

Very nice accommodation, very clean and well kept despite being and older hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful, meals are hearty and of a good size. Good value for money accomodation, worn trying

Good service is when a late arrival is no problem and staff will let you in at an impossible time (sorry for that). Perfect situated at the center of town, friendly staff a bit meager breakfast but still ok, pizza in house and a nice cosy pub. Rooms are reasonably clean, good price/value.
