I'm sorry to see negative reviews, because mine are quite opposite, so I decided to write one. Neat and clean rooms with a older but well-preserved furniture (no squiking, all necessary in the bathroom, breakfast plentiful, great views.Hosts very friendly.

Stayed here overnight before west highland train journey and it served its purpose. Agree with reviews that access is not suitable for those unable to climb lots of stairs. However located close to restaurants and bars sadly by time we arrived shops all closed. Room decor was outdated however typically B and B style. We were in a twin room...

Room described as 'cosy' but absolutely tiny, can't shut the bathroom door if you are in there too small! Smallest washbasin ever, view over breeze block wall, lots of steps to get to the property whether you go up or down. Manager in property as owners where away, night and breakfast ok, but way overpriced, second evening Manager had friends round...

The room was a good size and generally clean but it just lacked the finishing touches such as the kettle button was broken so it looked like you might electrocute yourself turning it on; we had to order breakfast the night before; the TV was tiny and situated such that it couldn't be viewed from the bed; there weren't any...

The one-way system in Fort William and easy to miss signing made it difficult to find the parking spot on the drive. You then have 47 steps down and 13 back up to the front door. From the municipal car park it's only about 20 steps up. Our twin en-suite was compact going on pokey (advised s small on booking...

We finally found the Anagrae B&B tucked away on an elevated street and were lucky enough to get one of the two free spaces at the B&B itself. If you cannot find the top of the B&B or don't want to face the 50 odd steps down to the entrance then you can park in the pay and display car...

Easy 10 Min. to the train station and in a great location. The room we had was clean and comfortable with a big en-suite. We requested an early breakfast, because we had an early train and this was no problem. Breakfast itself was very good and plenty. There is an easier way right off high street through a parking lot...

This B&B is right in the heart of town, close to the train station. It was clean and felt like a home, and An(n?) is a kind hostess who provided tons of great food for breakfast. It is up *many stairs, so be aware of that if you have heavy luggage :)
