We spent there 2 nights and it was fantastic. The room was not very big, but, enough for us. It has wifi and TV. The room was very clean and the bathroom en suite. The breakfast was very good (in a room with a very big window with beautiful views to the loch) and the owners was very attentive. The...

My husband and I had the very good fortune of staying at Torlinnhe Guest House early September. It is a comfortable 15-20 min walk from the town centre. I had seen excellent reviews on Trip Advisor as well as the Visit Scotland website. As others have said, Sue and Andy are incredible hosts. The bedrooms are exceptionally well designed and...

We spent one night here at the start of a Scottish tour. The communications beforehand with emailed directions and breakfast menu were ideal. On arrival we were greeted with a very welcome cafetiere of coffee and biscuits in the lounge/breakfast room. Our room was clean and very comfortable with the ensuite finished to a high standard. The only omission we...

Thank njohnb for your very kind review. We are pleased that you found almost everything to your satisfaction during your, all too short, stay. It is a pity you did not ask us for a clock before retiring for bed as we have them available if required and would happily have provided one. It does seem that most people these...

As many reviewers have done, my fiancee and I came here as a base to climb Ben Nevis. Our whole experience was perfect. Right from booking, Andy and Sue were pleasant, friendly and helpful. The location is slightly out of Fort William (15mins walk or so), but this is more than compensated for by the stunning views of the loch...

Thank you so much for an extremely generous review DriMac. It is so good to hear you felt relaxed at Torlinnhe and that you enjoyed your stay with us. It is unfortunate you found the matrress a little firmer than you would ideally like. The mattresses in most of our rooms (inc room 6) are brand new and from the...

We had a great time here, lovely welcome with tea and biscuits, which made it very homely. Our room had a beautiful view of the Lock, spacious and very clean. Breakfast was superb, with lots of choice. Will recommend and have already done so.
