The last night of 2 on the West Highland Way was spent in this great little guest house. Jim and Wilma couldn't be more helpful and recommended a very nice Indian restaurant to round off this walk. We only had time for the last 2 days of the walk but we did it great weather and hope to come back...

After the train journey from Edinburgh, we were very happy to relax at this B&B before we started the Great Glen Way. It's located very close to the town center and lovely decorated. We very much enjoyed the stay, the funny conversation during breakfast AND to start the day with salmon for breakfast :D Also thanks for the hint with...

Stayed here for one night as a stopover on our first night of a trip round Scotland. Despite what we'd heard about Fort William being the Blackpool of Scotland, we thought it was nothing of the sort (coming from Blackpool ourselves, no disrespect to our town). The B&B is very good and Wilma and Jim were exceedingly friendly and helpful....

Hello Blackpool Thanks for your kind review.I guess if its warm and windows are open you would get some street noise so apologies but its mostly rain here anyway. There hasn't been a car damaged in the street for 25 years we have been here but if I had a new car I would be worried as well.. We enjoyed...

Once again Wilma and Jim made us feel so welcome after finishing the West Highland Way. The bedroom is cosy, clean and welcoming and breakfast is always fresh and nothing is any bother. We will always retutn when in Fort William.

Well-situated, convenient walking distance to restaurants, shops (even the hospital - but that is another story). The inn-keepers were very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast with a variety of options (the smoked salmon with eggs was delicious). We were only there for one night, but our hosts made us feel like old friends.

A really large room with a four poster bed. Very central but quiet location. Everything was very clean. The owners are very friendly and help with the local tour information. The breakfast was very good and there is a choice between different variants. Somewhat disturbing are the wooden ceilings. This very creak..

Stayed here with my wife and two kids (5+3). Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Location was very central to the main high street. There are two ways of getting to and from the high street from this B&B, with kids and a buggy we chose the flat route. Alternatively there is a small hill, which after a lovely meal,...

I would highly recommend this b&b if you are having a short visit. The owners were very friendly and the location was near perfect. However, the room was a bit small, and the bed was uncomfortable. The location is very near the pedestrian street. However, it is on a steep hill. I found the climb refreshing after we had a...

Hi Guys Pleased with your mostly positive review. The mattress was just renewed and cost us over £200. It is a memory foam mattress and perhaps you are not used to them A recent guest asked us where we got it as she wanted to buy one it was so comfortable..We think you stayed in the four poster room. Anyway I...

Stayed here for one last night. My whole experience was better than excellent and I have to admit I am very picky. Wilma and Jim certainly are in the right job as they are so helpful and friendly towards all their guests. Jim is such a character, both of them gives you the feeling that you have known them for...

A bit tricky to get to, but very near to High Streets for restaurants and pubs. Alexander Hotel 'One Stop' good food and reasonable veggie selection. Hostess friendly, room was good size and very clean. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. Price was on the high side for B&B :(
