Stayed here for 3 nights while on a golfing holiday in October. Good location for Nairn, Castle Stuart and Royal Dornoch. Great breakfast in the morning and the proprieters were very helpful with all my questions and needs. A little difficult to find when first coming into town so make sure you have good directions. Within walking distance to downtown,...

We stayed on 2 separate nights last week and wish we had been able to stay more ! Michelle and Brian are everything exceptional hosts can be. Very friendly, helpful with nothing being too much trouble. The rooms are extremely clean, spacious and have everything in them you could possibly want - even a fridge. We have stayed in some...

We stayed at Lynver in September for the one night and wish we had had the time to stay longer. As well as Inverness being just a beautiful place this B&B has it all. Our hosts Michelle and Brian were perfect. They couldn't do enough to make our stay a pleasant one, even offering to dry out our rather wet...

My wife and I stayed at Lynver B&B in Inverness, Scotland for two nights in September. Our room was large, quite comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was cooked to order and delicious, and the coffee was absolutely unbeatable. Michelle and Brian were very gracious hosts, and made us feel most welcome. Although our stay was much too short, we very...

The five circle review of Lynver is well merited. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location is convenient and quiet. The breakfast is excellent. The hosts are very warm and hospitable. This is five circle (or five star) accommodation for the attractive, visitor friendly town of Inverness.

We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay at Lynver House. Our room was probably better equipped than some 5 star hotels we have stayed in and the breakfast choice was fabulous. Michelle and Brian were a mine of information and were never too busy to take time out for a chat. From the brilliant reception on the TV in the...

We stayed there for 3 nights. I love the stay in Lynver! Michelle is a friendly and helpful host who provided all information we needed. She is very considerate and breakfast there is yummy with lots of choices. We all agreed that it seemed that we lived in a 5 star hotel!

Unfortunaly, we spent only one night is this wonderfull B&B. When we arrived, about 9pm, Michelle and Brian, the owners, showed us (three couples) every room and they explained all about the rooms, breakfast and gave us a map to go to the city center, which is very close. The bedrooms are spacious and nicely decorated with quality furniture, I...

My partner and I stayed for four nights at the Lynver and it was fantastic. The bedrooms were spacious and bathrooms large and immaculately clean. Breakfast was everything you could want and the best of all was the friendliness and hospitality of Michelle and Brian the hosts. Michelle even helped me find another place to stay when another hotel disappointed...

Lynver is well appointed and spotless with a good breakfast ( including fresh fruit salad ) in a lovely sunny dining room. Some shops literally round the corner and only 10 minutes walk to the station and main shopping area. We were given a number of choices for gluten free vegetarian dining close by. Nothing was too much trouble to...
