You wont need to complain about this guest house, there is nothing to complain about, everything is just perfect, don't put up with the hassle of hotels, this is a real friendly ,place, car park at rear, short walk to centre, in a quiet area. Go ahead and book, you wont regret it.

This B&B is close to the city centre and has off street parking. If that wasn't good enough you have to be astonished by the presentation and cleanliness of the premises and rooms. Immaculate. Then you sit down in the morning and have the best cooked full breakfast in the whole of the UK, if not the world! Well done... More

Booked 2 single en-suite rooms for 3 nights in Inverness. Superb B&B at very good prices. Spacious single rooms appointed to a very high standard. Spotlessly clean with everything you need. Excellent breakfast with full range of cereals, fruit etc. before the main event i.e. a full cooked breakfast :-) Allison and James really helpful and friendly hosts - very... More

What a gem of a place. There's no wonder that so many people of varying nationalities make their way to this well presented guest house. My room was spotless, with a modern shower room complete with warm, fluffy white towels. The bed was so comfortable zzzz. Breakfast was a joy, from fresh fruit salad, cereals, rolls to a traditional cooked... More

Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Hosts were very friendly and helpful and got up mega early for me on the Sunday to provide breakfast especially for me,... More

To start with: I wish I could have stayed here a bit longer but it was booked out the whole of September. Good for Alison and James, bad luck for me. I was pleasantly surprised about this place: close enough to the centre of Inverness to walk, friendly and helpful hosts, and a spacious, spotless room and bathroom. Breakfast was... More

We stayed here for a night after a concert. Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Hosts were delightful and breakfast was great. Another advantage was that it was within walking distance of the town centre.

We stayed four nights at Abermar in May. Absolutely a delight our hosts were very helpful with advice. The breakfasts were superb. We had no problems with wifi. Finally a forgotten bus ticket for our next journey to Ft. William was speedily brought to the bus station by host James Mackay on his bicycle. Allison and James run a classy... More
