A very good Premier Inn. Room was very big, free parking was also a bonus, within easy walking distance of Inverness City Centre. Staff very good, very good value for money. Hot breakfast cooked to order, which we prefer to buffet style.

We found this Premier Inn very convenient place to stop for a couple of nights whist visiting the Highlands. Very easy to reach (with sat-nav help) from Inverness Airport. Welcoming & helpful staff. The usual Premier Inn comforts, but do ask on arrival for another hand-towel. They only supply 1 per room ! The adjacent bar/restaurant/breakfast is set in an...

Nice clean and quiet hotel with easy access to the city centre just a standard premier inn really only things against the room was the air was very dry for sleeping in and the bed was to soft for our liking but some people may prefer it that way

It is a good location and the restaurant is very nice and the service was good but even though the rooms were clean and spacious I'm afraid the beds were not very comfy but most of all the heating was very poor and when we got up in the morning the room was freezing as the heating had gone off...

Good value for money and ideally situated for our needs. Food was good and wholesome and the service was efficent. The only drawback was we had to venture out from the residential part of the building to go to the bar and restaurant, fine in the summer but in the middle of winter not so pleasant.

Excellent value for money stay within close walking distance of Inverness city centre and especially the railway station. Rooms are fairly bog-standard for this type of hotel but nice comfy bed, clean linen, daily maid service - all you need for a weekend break or business stay. Best thing about Premier Inn has to be their fab breakfasts - eat...

Great service although the waiter at breakfast a little distracted twice in a row! The room was good - exactly as expected. Great location - Eastgate within a walking distance which is the best part about it. The place is a little tired-looking but adequate in every way.

Had hospital trip and this is the Inn we use the most, central to Inverness. Rooms clean and the beds are very comfy. Didn't hear other users at all, they have a notice on doors for keeping quiet after 10pm.

Premier Inn was lovely and clean and very comfortable. Was in a great location and within walking distance to shops, pubs etc. Opted for a continental breakfast which was not very good. There was hardly any choice, no croissants and no rolls available and only a couple of pastry's, definitely not worth the money £6.99

Warm welcome on a cold night. Very handy to have restaurant facility on sight. Food good and service excellent. Extremely comfortable bed - slept so well - would definately recommend to others and would stay again if ever back in Inverness

All bedrooms have en-suite with both bath and shower, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryers and freeview on 40" wall-mounted plasma TVs. Our windows have also been replaced so, despite being close to the road, traffic noise is barely noticeable within the hotel. We also offer free wi-fi with the option to purchase 5x faster ultimate connection at £5 for 24hrs. This is available to purchase at reception and online and can be used across 3 different devices for the 24hr period. Our restaurant and bar is open for breakfast, and dinner and offers a wide selection of food. We are also open to non-hotel residents.
